Delivery:
We have our own fleet of vehicles which we use for local deliveries. These include the following postcodes: CH, L, WA, WN and LL. For stock items you can expect delivery within 24 hours if you are in an area serviced by our own vehicles. If any items are out of stock or special order we will let you know lead time or details of an alternative product where preferred. For any deliveries outside of the postcodes shown above we use either APC for small parcels or Pallex for Pallets. These may incur extra charges and MUST be agreed prior to order.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Rivtex Limited. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can arrange for the items to be collected for a credit or refund. This is for Stock Items only. Any Special-Order Items are not returnable unless faulty. They must be in their original, unused condition. You can only Return a product with an authorised Return Note from us. No Returns will be accepted by us or our drivers without this under any circumstance.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to implement a handling charge of 15% of the invoiced value if the goods are ordered incorrectly. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
